CARRIE Horse Blind Contour Drawing/Painting
Carrie forms part of my Ugly Art movement where I use techniques to create purposefully ugly art. Except that it is rarely ugly. This is to focus on the process rather than the product to help unlock my creativity.
Carrie is a blind contour drawing in oil pastels with added gouache to add even more colour to the work. She is A3 in size.
When flattening this artwork for framing only apply a very light spray of water on the back of the art work. Do not apply it to the front as the gouache is water activated and this will cause water marks.
